First thing to note about this is that it smells like fresh hay. Brings back my childhood.I got this for my daughter's rabbit, and am loving it. She (the rabbit) is as well. We put some down in her cage as bedding, but then I'm giving her a small handful in her food dish daily before giving her the food. She isn't chowing this down exactly, but she is eating some of it and is hunting around a bit for the food bits she likes.I love that there are two bags inside of the box, so I only have part of it open at a time. That definitely helps keep it fresh also, which I love.I've had a tendency to forget to use the Timothy hay since my daughter left for college, except for when I'm cleaning out the cage. This is just such nice stuff, and it smells so good, it makes it easy for me to remember it in the morning.
