Ended up being the floor model, but was very nice nonetheless. Coupled with the black Louisville Slugger grip tape, it made a very nice addition to what was already a nice bat. It did have a slight scratch on the barrel of the bat which for a matte finish, was noticeable and the shipping was a day late.This bat looks incredible in person, has a very special feel and the sound is phenomenal. Not as sweet swinging as say a 271, but it has big pop. Just takes a little more effort to get the bat started through the zone. The bat surface dimples a bit from contact with the seams of the ball, I thought it would be a bit stronger than that, but I have about 100 swings with this bat so far and loved every one of them. Did I mention the sound is phenomenal?Great contact spot.Beautiful bat at first look and feel. The end cover of the handle indicating the size had fallen off after 25 swings of soft toss. Leaving an unfinished circle of raw wood. Send back 12 hours after I received it. Asked for an exact replacement and the order was placed for the new bat by Amazon. I checked and the delivery date said August 15! I canceled that order.
