But it needs more than just a gravity system.Plastic threads are delicate, if they work at all. I could not get one side to connect solidly, and I was very careful with the plastic threads. There are NO instructions. One side is longer than the other from the center tube, but could not test for a vacuum or to see which way the water should flow.I know what a jet-pump is supposed to do, and it doesn't do it! I tested this on the end of a hose with a gauge attached to the suction side and it would not draw a vacuum. I removed the check valve to see if that was the problem, and it still would not work. I RETURNED IT!Update; As I stated I returned this product But had to repurchase it. The jet pump is junk, BUT I needed accessories. When I found a jet-pump that fit my needs, I needed to easily modulate the suction side flow but could not find anything like this. I repurchased the item and threw away the jet-pump and kept the flow device. So I am going to give it 2 starsSpecifications of the venturi pump need to be stated. What is the GPM capacity of this pump? It was listed at 3/4" inlet and outlet. However the venturi "pinched" it down substantially. So I am not sure it can handle my volume requirements (6 gpm).I have an ideia how this works, but without instructions is going to be a lot of guess work trying to figure out the correct amount to use. There is a dial with some numbers on it and I imagine that 1 is less and 4 is more. Without knowing the correct ratio, it is pretty much useless and even dangerous to use it with concentrate chemicals. I guess if what you want is just suck some soap to wash your car with a garden hose, go ahead. I would not use it with anything else.Not a fertilizer injector, this is for power washerFit and finish were perfect. This is a must have for feeding all my plants. It worked well and I would buy it again.Works gret for chemicals not to backfeed to pressure washer pump
