With Crown, you know you’re not getting the best material based on their prices but I expected an item that wasn’t already damaged. Much to my surprise, the base of the golfers feet(seen in the photo) not only had a scratch mark but the mold was uneven as well. This made keeping the item out of the question. After waiting several days to hear about my return/refund options, I find out they’re wanting my to pay for postage. Of all the items i’ve bought through Amazon from various companies, Crown Awards is the only one wanting me to pay for shipping. Crappy customer service and even worse craftsmanship! Do yourself a favor, pay that extra $$$ at another company. It’ll be worth it!
