Fussy girls like this jacket. Fussy meaning she can't tolerate the 3in1 type coats. It's been plenty warm for my daughter this Wisconsin winter. (The southern winter comment made me laugh.) I mean, assuming they wear clothing underneath it along with snowpants / hat, etc for recess. Also, assuming they're not playing outside in below zero temps. This is warm and comfortable.This jacket is super adorable but it is light weight. I don't think it will work as expected for a Minnesota winter.Nice fit and quality for petite frame. Jacket is thin and probably wont offer more warmth than a thin fleece.Good jacket and the hood fits great and doesn’t slide offSweet coat!! Adorable coat on my granddaughter!
